Warancha School is located in the Awassa region and was established by Hiwot Brihan Church, a large local protestant church in the region.
The school provides an education for over 200 children who are in KG1 and KG2 school levels. The majority of these children do not have access to adequate food supply at home either. The local church aims to provide an education to children beyond the kindergarten level to the fourth grade, as well as provide the children with a meal while they are at school.
With the partnership of the Grace Dahlgren Connect Community, the children at Warancha CarePoint have the opportunity to grow physically, spiritually, and emotionally while the Grace Dahlgren Connect Community also experiences positive transformation!
