Hosanna Emmanuel CarePoint is located in Hosanna town, about 143 miles southeast of Addis Ababa, the capital city. The CarePoint community is known for its inadequate infrastructure and poverty. Most people in the project target area work as daily laborers, and many employed make less than one dollar a day. The lack of sanitation and poor hygiene have created an ongoing crisis of sickness and disease.
At Hosanna Emanuel CarePoint, orphaned and vulnerable children and youth receive essential medical care, educational support, and ongoing discipleship. The economic empowerment program aims to enhance financial sustainability for the families involved, thereby helping to break the cycle of poverty.
With the Cross and Crown Church partnership, the children at Hosanna Emmanuel can grow physically, spiritually, and emotionally while the families experience positive economic transformation.
