Woyera Kalihiwot CarePoint is located in Kolfe Keraniyo, which is one of ten sub cities in Addis Ababa, on the far west side of Ethiopia’s capital city limits.
Woyera Kalihiwot Church serves as the location for the CarePoint led by Children’s HopeChest Ethiopia staff. Many of the children in the community suffer from malnutrition due to low family incomes and the parents’ or caregivers’ inability to provide a daily source of nutrition. Additionally, many of these families do not have the ability to provide sufficient clothing, healthcare, or formal education for children.
With the partnership of the Joanna McKinney Connect Community, the children at Woyera Kalihiwot CarePoint have the opportunity to grow physically, spiritually, and emotionally while the Joanna McKinney Connect Community also experiences positive transformation!
