JOB SUMMARY:
The Accounting and Operations Support Specialist will report to the Controller and will be responsible for creating positive constituent experiences, through both outgoing and incoming contacts, and for completing a variety of accounting tasks.  This individual will also be responsible for a variety of other tasks, to support Finance, Strategic Partnership, Travel, Sponsorship and Executive operations.  This position will be in-person at our headquarters office.  There may be opportunities to periodically work remotely.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Constituent Contact:
    • First point of contact for incoming donor calls, voice mails, and emails, with a focus and responsibility to create a positive constituent experience and to strengthen donor relationships
    • Make outgoing calls to donors with lapsed credit cards, to obtain updated payment information
    • Update constituent information in CRM system
  • Accounting Tasks:
    • Prepare bank deposit
    • Post checks received into CRM system
    • Prepare and mail weekly past due letters for lapsed sponsors
    • Prepare and mail receipts for contributions by check
    • Process Accounts Payable bills
    • Prepare and distribute (email or printed letter) reminders for sponsorship renewals, missed sponsorship contributions, etc.
    • Data maintenance in CRM system
    • Complete monthly bank reconciliations
  • Other Tasks:
    • Manage supplies for office
    • Provide support for new partner launches and sponsorship pushes
    • Edit and distribute CarePoint update reports to partners and sponsors
    • Coordinate applicant search process for open positions
    • Provide administrative support for performance review process
    • Digital file organization and maintenance
    • Other tasks as needed to support all departments

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Technical Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for all technical aspects of the marketing team, including website development and email automation. This person will ensure platforms are integrated correctly and report on the performance of organizational initiatives. This person will work very closely with the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of Marketing solutions to the overall technology environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Website Development
    • Implement daily website content updates on two websites—hopechest.org and greatercalling.com
    • Create and execute a plan to improve overall SEO ranking for both sites, including backlinks, clean URL links, meta titles, meta descriptions, etc. Ensure SEO best-practices are followed as new pages are created on both sites
    • Develop automatically-displayed web content as needed
    • Keep website plugins up to date and secure
    • Update DNS records occasionally
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Create and maintain several constituent journeys in Marketing
    • Draw dynamic content out of salesforce to be used in the content of messages
    • Execute multiple versions of marketing pieces for different audience segments and for A/B testing
    • Build and maintain various marketing automations
  • Systems Integration
    • Ensure all links used in marketing efforts (ex: webpage, email, social media) are integrated with the CRM correctly
    • Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to ensure effective systems integrations and processes
    • Utilize third-party platforms to automate processes and ensure workflow automations are in-place and functioning correctly
  • Reporting
    • Measure and report performance of marketing initiatives on a regular basis. Reports should include data on website traffic, SEO, Google Ads, social media (content, ads, and campaigns), email performance, etc.
    • Bring key observations from the data to light, and discuss potential reasons.
    • Collaborate with members of the marketing team to implement and deliver recommendations from findings

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • A BA/BS degree in a related field 
  • 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role 
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills
  • Experience building and maintaining Google Ads
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and WordPress preferred

The role of the Strategic Partnership Director is to generate leads, secure healthy partnerships, and nurture on-going relationships with Churches, businesses, and schools.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Generate partnership leads
  • Relationship building with team, staff, partners, and potential partners
  • Lead international vision trips
  • Create healthy partnerships utilizing product and service offering of CHC and Greater Calling
  • Partnership launch lead
  • Support relationship between partner and in-field point of contact
  • Raise funds for programs and projects within existing partnerships

GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
