The community of Shone Town currently has no market, vocational training, and youth center in the community. As a necessary component to enhance economic and cognitive empowerment, it is the vision of Children’s HopeChest Ethiopia to be able to provide a standard vocational training, youth, and market center. This will serve the children’s families, Shone Town Administration, the broader community, and guests who may come to visit the city.

Constructing the Center includes ground excavation work, basement fittings, construction materials purchase, and accessing the center with water and electric lines. Moreover, it will include all the necessary materials and machinery needed to run all the operations. The entire project will consist of three main phases. The USD amount requested for Phase I, Marketplace Construction is $88,000. All three phases combined for all final work will be a total of $263,470.
